Let's go to the zoo!

We took Reese to the zoo for the first time on Valentine's day. We thought she was having a great time seeing all the animals....she LOVES animals. But when we got home she had trouble sleeping. It seemed all those fun animals she saw were now keeping her awake. I think we will wait a while before we head back to the zoo.

My sister Kacy is going to have a baby come August! She is going to make a wonderful mother...she is naturally patient!! :) I would love to hear what your favorite baby items are that helped make mothering bit easier....then I can pass this secret information on to Kacy! :)

Happy Birthday Daddy!

We celebrated Daddy's birthday a day early last week. (I had to work an event at church on his actual birthday night) Daddy woke up to a birthday banner, candy all over his desk and a list of fun things to expect for the day! We made him chocolate chip pancakes, opened presents, made fish and chips for lunch, had El Pubelito for dinner and a Starbucks treat for dessert! It was a fun day celebrating our man!
